CONFORMATION BASICS-101

Here is where we take the breed standard and interpret it through pictures.  We do not claim that our interpretations are the only or the best ones--just our opinions and we share them with you.  All dogs have both virtues and faults-- having a fault does not necessarily disqualify a dog from showing or breeding.  It is important though that both breeders and those interested in showing educate themselves on how to distinguish virtues and faults. It is our contention that "a picture paints a thousand words."  This will be an ongoing project for us and quizzes will be updated periodically, so we hope you will check back from time to time.
